We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for recruitment and providing outstanding candidate experiences. This role requires a professional with significant recruitment experience, adept at sourcing talent across various levels and implementing effective talent development tools and frameworks.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Design, implement, and develop talent acquisition and development tools, frameworks, and processes.
  • Recruit for roles from entry-level to senior leadership, utilising various sourcing channels and techniques.
  • Stay informed on market trends and insights to drive recruitment strategies.
  • Provide a meticulous and organised approach to multitasking and problem-solving in hiring challenges.
  • Utilise ATS/HRIS systems effectively and adhere to stringent pre-employment screening standards.
  • Build and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organisation's vision and goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in HR or a business-related subject.
  • Proven track record in in-house, RPO, or consultancy recruitment.
  • Experience with ATS/HRIS systems and pre-employment screening, including Enhanced DBS checks.
  • Knowledge of industry changes and developments impacting education recruitment.
  • Analytical skills to use data for decision-making and tracking progress.
  • Excellent communication skills, with exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and a results-driven, proactive approach.
  • CIPD, HR, and/or Recruitment qualification is desirable.
