The Job you will be Doing
- Greeting internal and external visitors
- Handing internal calls
- Managing meeting room availability
- Receiving and distributing deliveries
- General administration duties
About You
- Previous reception experience in an office environment
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to problem solve
- Good organizational skills
- Efficient computer and internet skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
