The successful Part time Marketing Manager will demonstrate broad Marketing knowledge as well as a passion for driving engagement / interaction with B2B & B2C audiences.
The successful Part time Marketing Manager will be expected to:
- Demonstrate a proactive, independent, and efficient approach to work; A self-starter would thrive in this role.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication.
- Have previous experience within a marketing position at either Managerial or Executive level, accompanied with a strong social media awareness.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to bring forth creative ideas and execute an efficient plan for delivery.

Job Description
The Part time Marketing Manager will work closely with the Managing Director to create & execute the marketing strategy of the business. There will also be collaboration with the Business Development team, assisting with identifying opportunities to reach and engage target audiences.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Planning and project managing key marketing activities including B2B & B2C events and campaigns
- Creating, developing, and executing the content plan for B2B and B2C audiences (includes all written, graphic, and video materials)
- Planning and developing new materials for B2B and B2C audiences
- Develop and execute marketing plan
- Leading content creation for sections of company website
- Reporting on marketing performance to the senior management team
- Managing the marketing budget
- Developing and managing paid ad campaigns alongside working with an external agency to execute paid ads and generate new leads
- Ensuring brand awareness remains high through use of PR, external recognition, third party websites, and through organic & paid social media
- Showcasing B2B and B2C successes by coordinating testimonials and reviews
- Line management of the marketing apprentice (previous experience managing is not necessary and there will be initial support provided around this)
- Conducting regular market research
- Managing Corporate social responsibility
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who exudes passion and enthusiasm for marketing and making a positive impact on the education system. The successful candidate will be a people-person with a strong ability to build relationships and deliver clear communication.
If desired, there is also the opportunity for this person to get involved with leading CSR initiatives, including local school engagement and charity events.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8-4.30pm 3 / 4 days a week, my client can offer flexibility on hours worked whether that be 5 days and shorter hours or 3-4 days a week with the hours above.
Salary: Circa £40k+ pro rata dependant on experience
