As the Nursery Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery. Your responsibilities will include leading the staff team to deliver high-quality practice, fostering positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues, and ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of the children at all times.
What are the requirements?
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar managerial position
- Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and its practical application
- Strong leadership skills with a 'can-do' attitude
- Passion for Early Years education and ambition to enhance the nursery setting
- Natural ability to build strong relationships with parents/carers and staff
- Good written and IT skills, with the ability to complete required paperwork
