Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Job description: Venn Group has partnered with an organisation based in the Warwickshire area to find an Account Administrator on a long fixed term contract basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing sales invoices
  • Dealing with queries by telephone and mail
  • Processing direct debit mandates
  • Posting incoming receipts onto SAGE
  • Completing some Purchase Ledger duties
  • Completing any administrative duties when necessary

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have good knowledge of MS Office
  • Be able to pick things up quickly
  • Possess good administrative skills
