Service Architect - Active SC Clearance required

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience in all aspects of Service Management process and tooling to join our team as a Service Architect. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring IT equipment is used efficiently throughout its lifecycle, from procurement to disposal, aligning with our mission to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee all elements of service management, including the transformation of designs into live services.
- Identify, justify, and document end-to-end service designs that meet specific customer requirements.
- Ensure the efficient use of IT equipment throughout its lifecycle to support sustainability.
- Play a key role in demonstrating our ability to deliver quality services in line with contractual commitments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in providing high-quality solutions and documentation using a structured approach.
- Demonstrable experience in the creation or modification of various service design artefacts.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
- Commercially astute with expert knowledge of contractual obligations and constraints.
- Experience in steering solutions through several quality gates.
- Skilled in requirements management and familiar with associated tooling.
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working on secure infrastructure solutions.
