With several exciting and significant projects on the horizon my client is looking for a passionate Architectural Technologist with Job Running experience to become an integral member of their growing team in Nottingham.
The successful Architectural Technologist will be proficient in Revit, hold a relevant qualification and have strong knowledge of current technical design and building regulations.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- HNC/HND or degree in Architectural technology or similar
- Demonstratable technical expertise
- Substantial post qualification experience in a UK based Architetcural practice
- Proficient in Revit
- job running experience is essential
- Aid in producing architectural drawings across all RIBA stages
- Comprehensive understanding of current and emergent technical design, and legislative requirements
- Attend site meetings
- Lise with clients, contractors and other professionals
- Ability to produce high quality technical drawings
- Strong portfolio
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
- A passion for delivering sustainable creative designs
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable at working effectively in a team environment
- Proven track record at working to a high standard
- Live locally to the Nottingham area
- Keen to input to continued company growth
- Motivated with own progression
- Keep up to date with emergent software's, designs and environmental issues
