I am excited to be recruiting for a specialist multidisciplinary Architectural design Practice who's excellent reputation is derived from their dedication to delivering technical excellent ground breaking and unique designs across a diverse portfolio of projects. With several exciting and significant projects on the horizon my client is looking for a passionate Architectural Technologist with Job Running experience to become an integral member of their growing team in Nottingham.

The successful Architectural Technologist will be proficient in Revit, hold a relevant qualification and have strong knowledge of current technical design and building regulations.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • HNC/HND or degree in Architectural technology or similar
  • Demonstratable technical expertise
  • Substantial post qualification experience in a UK based Architetcural practice
  • Proficient in Revit
  • job running experience is essential
  • Aid in producing architectural drawings across all RIBA stages
  • Comprehensive understanding of current and emergent technical design, and legislative requirements
  • Attend site meetings
  • Lise with clients, contractors and other professionals
  • Ability to produce high quality technical drawings
  • Strong portfolio
  • Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
  • A passion for delivering sustainable creative designs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capable at working effectively in a team environment
  • Proven track record at working to a high standard
  • Live locally to the Nottingham area
  • Keen to input to continued company growth
  • Motivated with own progression
  • Keep up to date with emergent software's, designs and environmental issues
