SALARY: £26,000 per annum + Benefits
LOCATION: Wednesbury, West Midlands (WS10) - Fully Office Based - Candidates must live within a commutable distance to the office

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Administrative Assistantwith an excellent telephone manner, good administration / office admin experience and a can-do attitude.
Working as the Administrator / Administrative Assistant you will join the Grounds Maintenance Department where you will work alongside the manager providing general office support including filing, copying and scanning documents.
As the Administrator / Administrative Assistant you will deal with incoming phone calls, support administrative staff with clerical duties, and manage staff rotas and computerised information efficiently using Microsoft packages.

DUTIES
Your day to day duties as the Administrator / Administrative Assistant will include:
- Responding to incoming emails using Microsoft Outlook
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Creating quotations
- Sending off job completion photographs via email
- Reporting potential maintenance works
- Google calendar entries
- Ordering materials
- Adding new starters to the system
- Occasionally collecting and delivering
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous administration / office admin experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to interact with colleagues and clients in a polite and professional manner
- Good time keeping and organisational skills
