My global client is looking for a HR Data Analyst to join their team on a on a contract for 6 months to support during a busy period of projects.
Your new role
You will play a crucial role in reporting and analysing HR data during a busy period. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven individual with a passion for HR data and analytics to make an impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the wider HR team to deliver the annual workforce planning and costing process
- Supporting the delivery of regular monthly reports and analytics
- Delivering analytics reports for ad-hoc queries that arise on a regular basis (e.g. diversity trends in a particular area of the business, leavers hot spots etc.)
- Data cleansing to ensure the accuracy of the data in Workday
What you'll need to succeed
Key skills
- Experience working with Workday from a data reporting perspective (essential)
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis to manipulate and analyse large volumes of data
- Experience with using PowerPoint for data presentations and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong levels of ability to interpret HR data
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to understand their requirements
- Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work to tight deadlines
- Previous experience in HR administration, data management, or HR analytics
