Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Business Risk professional to provide maternity cover. The Business Risk team works with the Client Trading, Client Support, Business Development and Operations teams to address and mitigate non-financial: operational, regulatory and technology risks.
Responsibilities to include: conducting process and controls analysis, supporting risk assessments, preparing materials for governance committees, updating policies and procedures and acting as a risk partner in consideration to new products, regulatory change or business projects. we would like to emphasize that we require someone with control design and controls testing experience.
These skills will help you succeed in this role:
- Control design and controls testing experience
- Knowledge of Global Markets financial products, services and local regulations (FCA, BaFin, MiFID).
- Self-motivated professional with the ability to work in fast paced environment with competing priorities.
- High standards of quality, including an attention to detail, problem solving, analytics and accountability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt to various audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Teams). Experience with Archer risk system is an advantage.
