IT Support Technician

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.

Whilst our IT Department are based at our Knightstone Campus, you will be required to travel to other sites to provide support, therefore a full driving licence is essential.

Day to day of the role

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support both remote and face to face when needed across all sites.
  • Lead by example by strictly following all IT security best practices to show and support all staff.
  • End user account creation and management.
  • Updating and management of end user device assets and rollout of hardware replacements.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Appropriate level 3 and above technical qualifications.
  • 2 years' experience of providing excellent customer service and IT 1st/2nd line support within a technical IT related role.
  • Experience of administering user accounts via Active directory and Microsoft 365 admin center.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office products.
