Location: Bingley/Ilkley Area
Position: Full-Time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Part-Time Days Available

Role Overview: We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality care and educational activities for young children. While a driving license is preferred, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Childcare & Education:

Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.

Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed records.

Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other practitioners to provide a cohesive and supportive educational experience.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Parent Engagement:

Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers, offering regular updates and support.

Communicate effectively about children's development and any concerns.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Level 3 in Childcare is essential.
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and development.
- Driving license preferred but not essential.
Working Hours:
- Full-Time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Part-Time: Specific days available, but shifts will remain 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
