Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and assist them with their shopping needs, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Stock Replenishment: Ensure shelves are fully stocked, and products are displayed neatly and attractively, ready for customers to browse.
- Till Operation: Handle transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth checkout process.
- Merchandising: Help set up and maintain festive displays, ensuring the store looks inviting and seasonal.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and tidy, including sweeping, mopping, and other general housekeeping tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently during busy periods.
