- Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 (depending on qualifications)

- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Working Hours: 42 hours per week

Working Schedule:
- Monday: 15:00 - 22:00
- Tuesday to Thursday: 07:30 - 09:30, 15:00 - 22:00
- Friday: 07:30 - 09:30, 14:00 - 16:00

Your New Role:
- Assist with nutritional and feeding requirements of students
- Support students in achieving their educational and personal goals
- Help with after-school clubs, extracurricular activities, and homework
- Work with children who have complex emotional needs, recognising and de-escalating situations to prevent disruption
- Maintain positive relationships with pupils, exercise appropriate authority, and act decisively when necessary
- Demonstrate a genuine care for helping students thrive and create a positive, inclusive environment for students with special needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs or complex emotional needs
- Ability to recognise and de-escalate challenging situations
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to exercise authority and make decisive actions
- A genuine passion for supporting and empowering students to reach their full potential
- A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
