The Role
Day to day duties for the Supply Chain coordinator include:
- Preparing and processing purchase orders through SAP based on customer requirements
- Tracking and expediting orders with suppliers
- Building good rapport with suppliers
- Supporting procurement of raw materials
- Ensure accurate planning is represented in SAP
- Regular check for potential stock outs due to delivery delays
- Forecasting with customer requirements in mind
- Ensure material suppliers are within min and max parameters to meet daily production requirements

- Computer literate
- Great time management skills
- SAP experience beneficial but not essential
- Ability to communicate at all levels
