Supply Chain Coordinator

The Role

Day to day duties for the Supply Chain coordinator include:

  • Preparing and processing purchase orders through SAP based on customer requirements
  • Tracking and expediting orders with suppliers
  • Building good rapport with suppliers
  • Supporting procurement of raw materials
  • Ensure accurate planning is represented in SAP
  • Regular check for potential stock outs due to delivery delays
  • Forecasting with customer requirements in mind
  • Ensure material suppliers are within min and max parameters to meet daily production requirements

The successful Supply Chain Coordinator will demonstrate some of the following attributes:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Quick learner with a strong sense of urgency
  • Team player
  • Computer literate
  • Great time management skills
  • SAP experience beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
