Finishing Paint Operatives - ongoing temp work
Location: Waterbeach
Salary: Skilled - £15.57/hr Semi-skilled - £13.88/hr
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Mon - Thurs 8am - 4.30pm and Fri 8am - 1pm
Our client is currently seeking a Contract Finishing Paint Operative to join their team in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire. The ideal candidate should have experience in Manufacturing and will be responsible for preparing composite/aluminium panels for primer and top coat paint.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing composite or aluminium panels using handheld tools such as sanders
- Edge filling panels
Skills & Experience Required
- Understand basic engineering drawing
- Experience of handheld tools (sanders)
- Knowledge of measuring equipment (rulers / verniers)
- Time served prepping surfaces ready for finishing
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
