Based in Witney, our client is one of the world's largest medical healthcare companies.

We are seeking Warehouse Operatives with an interest in the industry and ambition, keen to learn new skills and progress through the business.

Pay Rate and Hours:

  • £14.48hr PAYE
  • 4 on 4 off - 7am to 7pm
  • Day Shift

Responsibilities:
Your job will be to order pick using a hand held device. Working in an ambient temperature in a clean, and friendly warehouse. The picking targets in place are achievable and the company allow you enough time to build up to that if you're new to the environment.

  • The set-up and monitoring of machines - including noticing any issues and resolving these in a timely manner
  • Using the HMIs (Human-Machine Interface) to monitor key parameters
  • Excellent communication with colleagues to ensure an efficient, smoothly run operation
  • Complete a mix of written and electronic reports
  • To produce a clear handover for next shift staff to ensure seamless changes
  • Successfully transfer materials to and from the cleanroom
  • Perform other routine clerical activities according to the organisation's established procedures
  • To act as a role model and work positively and effectively with fellow team members, cross functional groups and

managers, ensuring that all communications, interpersonal interactions and business behaviours are consistent with the core values and the Code of Conduct of the company.

Requirements:

  • Eligible to live and work in the UK
  • Proficient IT Skills
  • Great Communicator with Clear Handwriting for Report Writing
  • Basic Level of Maths and English
