The role of the Project Manager - Industrial Roofing & Cladding will involve:
- Project Manager position dealing with a range of industrial roofing and cladding projects
- Monitoring all site activity; organising all site workers, collating risk assessments and carrying out health and safety checks
- Organising the delivery of all materials that will be needed on site and ensuring they arrive on time
- Liaising with clients and providing reports for the project
- Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
- Electronically documenting all contract-related correspondence, identifying and recording progress and problems
- Working on projects ranging in value from £1,000,000 to £5,000,000
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager - Industrial Roofing & Cladding with:
- Must have a proven track record in Project/Site Management in the roofing/sheeting/cladding market sector
- Ideally will have experience in liquid applied, hot melt, flat and pitched roofing, composite panel sheeting and cladding, oversheeting, roofing conversions, felt roofing, safe access systems, single ply, gutter refurbishment, rooflight refurbishments
- CSCS card, SSSTS, SMSTS
- Full UK driving license
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Confident and articulate
- Ability to plan and organise deliverables
