Cover Supervisor - Northampton Secondary School
A full-time cover Supervisor is needed for a friendly secondary school in Northampton.
We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming secondary school located in Northampton. This is a full-time, ongoing position with an immediate start date and a competitive salary. This role is from 8:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons to secondary students in the absence of their teacher. Your role involves managing the classroom, ensuring students remain engaged in their work, and promoting a positive learning environment.
Ideal candidates will have:
- At least six months' experience as a Cover Supervisor, Instructor, or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
- Confidence in delivering lessons independently
