Role: IT Support Technician
Location: Blackburn
Salary: Up to £26,000

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employee support requests
- Technical support
- Maintain and manage IT systems, including hardware and software
- On-boarding and Off-boarding
- Configure and maintain hardware
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal efficiency
- Stay updated on cybersecurity and maintain thorough notes
- Offer guidance and advice on using company IT systems
- Support broader company projects, such as office relocations
- Review and enhance the Proclaim case management system, recommending improvements
- Train and upskill new and existing staff across various departments
- Monitor and report persistent non-compliance issues to the Director
- Assist with general IT administration and queries
- Hardware and software support
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience with the Proclaim Case Management system (preferred)
- Ability to train others in computer systems use
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in IT support and problem-solving
- Previous experience as an IT Technician
- Windows OS, including Windows 10 Professional and Windows Server
- Experience with Office 365 problem-solving
- Printer management and setup expertise
- Advanced MS Excel skills
