Change and Communications Lead - SC Cleared
Outside IR35, 6 Months plus, £525pd-£550pd
SR2 are looking to engage a Change and Comms Lead to spearhead a complex cloud transformation programme in a secure cloud environment.
Must be able to own end-to-end engagement and deal with senior stakeholders. Environment is challenging and big-4-esque so ideally you will have experience in this area.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic change initiatives: drive the adoption of new cloud technologies ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption through a well executed plan.
- Stakeholder communication: act as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders delivering clear and concise updates.
Required skills:
- Active SC Clearance
- Proven track record leading complex change in large government organisations
- Exceptional communication skills: strong verbal and written
- Tech knowledge: solid understanding of cloud technologies and their impact on secure govenrnment operations
