Slinger / Banksman
Pay: £15.59 per hour
Location: Teal Park Road, Lincoln, LN6 3AD
Shifts: 8am - 4pm
Duration: 3 months initial contract with a view to being extended
Start Date: ASAP
Driving Licence: Current Driving Licence with less than 6 points.
Qualification: Slinging and Signalling / lifting qualification or similar

How You'll Make an Impact
Support Engine Build Line: Work alongside the Core Assembly Manager and Team Leaders to support the engine build line.
Heavy Lifting: Assist in the lifting and moving of components and engines into lorries or C store warehousing.
Safety Adherence: Ensure adherence to manufacturing Health, Safety, and Environmental principles.
Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the team to achieve overall operational excellence.
Versatility: Take on any additional duties that contribute to the performance of the line.
What You Bring
Qualification: Slinging and Signalling qualification
Driving Licence: Current Driving Licence with less than 6 points.
Manual Handling Experience: Experience with lifting and slinging (onsite refresh training will be provided).
Safety and Quality Mindset: Strong safety and quality-driven mindset.
Proactive Nature: A proactive nature with a collaborative teamwork approach.
