Our client is looking for an Optical Practice Manager to work in their beautiful high end modern Practice based in Colliers Wood. This modern independent store is building a team of amazing people and looking for a keen, customer focused, bubbly candidate to come and join and help set up their brand new store.
Colliers Wood is a lovely area based in South West London and has lots of green spaces so your able to sit and eat your lunch and enjoy the scenery. Its also very well connected to the City and Central London and it has its own tube station so boasts excellent commuter links.

The Role
- Doing the day to day running of an optical practice
- Ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda
- Target setting, monitoring, and driving the business forward
- Staff training and keeping the team motivated and engaged
- Administration responsibilities and compliance
- Working closely with the team and area manager.
- Optical experience and previous experience in leadership roles
- Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
- Confident, friendly, and organised
- Fast paced environment
**You will need previous managerial experience in an opticians to apply for this role. **
