Payroll & Benefits Advisor

We are currently representing a global professional services organisation who are looking to hire a Payroll & Benefits Advisor on a permanent, full time basis.

Reporting into the Senior Reward Manager, this role will oversee a payroll administrator and will take responsibility for managing all elements of the UK payroll.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the inhouse UK payroll, processed on a monthly basis
  • Day to day support and supervision of the payroll assistant
  • Month and year end processing duties
  • Assisting the Reward Manager in overseeing global benefits
  • Harmonisation and modernisation of benefits
  • Auto enrolment pension management

Experience required:

  • Excellent inhouse UK payroll & benefit experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience of working within a professional services environment

This role is on a hybrid working basis, with 3 days in the London office & 2 days working from home.
