Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a well-established, successful manufacturing business based in the Doncaster area who are actively seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join their bright and dynamic team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business within a varied role, where you will receive full support and training. You'll work closely across the Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Production teams to ensure a seamless order process.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
- Communicating across various departments to ensure orders are accurate and shipped within a timely manner
- Providing exceptional customer service from queries, order booking through to order updates
- Ensuring product information is available on the system along with the correct instructions
- Processing and submitting invoices to the customer
- Monitoring credit control throughout the order process
- Preparing and managing all shipping documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
- Clear and confident communications skills
- Customer focused with the ability to deliver a high-quality service
- Enthusiastic and motivated teamplayer, able to work cross-functionally
- Strong IT and administration skills
