Job Title: Project Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Bishop's Stortford
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm (1 hour break)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our client, they are seeking a hardworking, reliable Project Coordinator to join their team to assist their busy team by handling work requests with engineers and booking appointments for clients.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Confident with Microsoft Packages including Excel
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Proactive and self motivated
- Excellent organisational skills and detail orientated
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with clients and engineers over the phone and via emails
- Raising new jobs on the in-house systems
- Ensure rescheduled work is accurately updated on the database
- Provide an excellent customer service experience to all clients
- Schedule and administer engineers diaries
- Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise
- General administration duties
