Senior/Associate Building Services Engineer

Salary - £60,000+ for Senior and approx. £85,000 for Associate level (negotiable depending on experience)

Overview
We are seeking a Senior/Associate Building Services Engineer to join this award-winning practice committed to sustainable and innovative building design. Located in the Bristol office, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of exceptional, bespoke buildings while building a department of Engineers (currently 4)
Responsibilities
- Sustainable project development
- Mechanical, electrical, and public health design
- Environmental energy modelling using TAS and IES energy modelling software
- 2D and 3D drawing production, including Revit and CAD
- Day-to-day management of more Junior/Grad Engineers
- Interviewing and growing the Bristol branch
Qualifications
- Experienced Building Services Engineer at a Senior or Associate level, who wants the ability to progress to a Director role in the future
- Strong background managing multiple projects from inception to completion
- Management experience, training and mentoring junior and intermediate Engineers
- Demonstrated competencies in sustainable design and project management
Day-to-day
- Carrying out sustainable design of mechanical, electrical, and public health installations
- Thermal modelling, including comfort, energy consumption, and carbon calculations
- Drawing production in REVIT and CAD
- Report writing
- Serving as the main point of contact on projects whilst supporting Junior/Intermediate level staff
