Pro-Found Recruitment are looking to recruit a Fabrication Processor for our client in Alfreton, DE55.
Fabricator Benefits:
Hours: Monday to Friday working 8:30am - 5pm
Rate of Pay: £12.31ph
Contract: Temporary
Fabrication Processor role and responsibilities include:
- Receiving & verifying customers' orders.
- The use of SAP processing software to process orders.
- Communicating with customers on order status and any issues.
- Create shipping labels on occasion.
- Resolving customer enquiries and complaints.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
- Generate reports on order processing activity
Fabrication Processor Key skills:
- Good communication skills - talking with customers/team/suppliers
- Good decision making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast paced and changing environment
- Excellent team player qualities
- Working knowledge of sales related roles
- Good use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Installation and fabrication knowledge of building and fenestration products (desirable but not necessary)
Fabrication Processor Experience Required:
- Experience in sales processing
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Experience in the fenestration/construction market (desirable but not necessary)
- Business administration qualifications (desirable but not necessary)
