Membership Manager Private Concierge/Luxury Travel

Our client, an incredibly well-established, successful business who tailor luxury, bespoke travel experiences to high-net worth clients across the globe, are looking to recruit a Membership Manager to drive new business through their contacts/connections. Working on a hybrid basis (3 days in either the London or Oxford office, and 2 days from home), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate.

Our client have been in business for over 25 years, and ensure an unrivalled bespoke travel experience for their client base through employing those whom are united with a passion for travel - their in-house 'Country Specialists' ensure they are abreast with all of the latest stays/experiences through regular travel back to their allocated region(s), ensuring local knowledge that cannot be found in guidebooks! As a result, their client base are then assisted to discover the authentic soul of their desired location(s). Due to their growth, they are now actively seeking the perfect candidate to drive new business into the company through connections within any membership(s)/elite club(s), identifying the perfect demographic of clients in which to sell to. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Understanding, shaping and driving the growth plan for the business, and building meaningful partnerships to achieve the business' goals.
- Owning the attraction of new company clients through closed user groups (luxury members' clubs, tec)
- Identifying closed user groups who could be a source of new clients.
- Developing tailored entry strategies with enticing ways to engage the gatekeepers and potential clients
- Creating and executing an effective plan, prioritising the potential targets to focus on delivering quality and volume of new clients.
- Working closely with the Head of Trading, Head of Private Concierge and Private Travel Managers to identify areas where there are opportunities to drive growth in client demand.
- Working closely with the Head of Client Loyalty and Acquisition to ensure marketing efforts reach the target audience.
- Working closely with the Client Engagement team to propose and deliver exceptional company client events.
- Inspiring loyalty and optimising future growth by nurturing successful relationships with closed user groups into long-term partnerships.

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Proven track record of successfully pitching to new audiences, attracting new clients, driving growth and increasing sales revenue.
- Experience of selling into luxury space - Private Members' Clubs / high-net worth individuals, etc
- 'Black book' of connections/contacts to potentially tap into
- Confidence in communicating with a wide cross-section of people, including business directors and colleagues at various levels of seniority - excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Motivation to earn fantastic money in commission
- Fun, sociable personality!

In addition to a very competitive basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000, our client are also offering the following:

- Uncapped commission structure (realistic Year One OTE: £80,000)
- Hybrid-working policy (3 days in either London or Oxford office) / 2 days WFH
