As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners. Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that cater to the diverse needs of early years students.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive social interactions.
- Develop and implement creative and play-based instructional strategies to support the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of young children.
Requirements:
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- A PGCE with QTS is preferred.
- An enhanced DBS (we can help you to obtain this!)
- Previous experience teaching early years students in a school or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles, curriculum standards, and best teaching practices.
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in young children.
