What will you be doing?
- Onboarding new development assets and corporate acquisitions.
- Managing development projects, reporting, cash flow, and loan drawdowns.
- Overseeing debt monitoring, management, and compliance.
- Building new consolidations and accounting for new legal entities.
- Managing treasury and cash forecasts.
- Providing audit support and assisting in developing controls and ensuring data accuracy.
- Presenting monthly and quarterly management accounts to the Senior Leadership Team and boards.
- Supporting the Financial Controller and Head of Financial Operations with ad-hoc projects.
- Leading individual ad-hoc projects.
- Running lease accounting and conducting variance analysis of revenue to lease level.
- Assisting in the improvement and development of management and accounting information delivered to department heads.
- Liaising with management to resolve information requirements and queries.
What skills are we looking for?
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA)
- The role would suit a second mover with property/construction experience.
