What will you be doing?

  • Onboarding new development assets and corporate acquisitions.
  • Managing development projects, reporting, cash flow, and loan drawdowns.
  • Overseeing debt monitoring, management, and compliance.
  • Building new consolidations and accounting for new legal entities.
  • Managing treasury and cash forecasts.
  • Providing audit support and assisting in developing controls and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Presenting monthly and quarterly management accounts to the Senior Leadership Team and boards.
  • Supporting the Financial Controller and Head of Financial Operations with ad-hoc projects.
  • Leading individual ad-hoc projects.
  • Running lease accounting and conducting variance analysis of revenue to lease level.
  • Assisting in the improvement and development of management and accounting information delivered to department heads.
  • Liaising with management to resolve information requirements and queries.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA)
  • The role would suit a second mover with property/construction experience.
