We are looking to appoint an experienced Office Administrator to join our established team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Quote creation for Spare parts and accessories
  • Processing purchase orders from customers
  • Creating purchase orders for suppliers
  • Invoicing of completed jobs
  • Tracking Orders
  • Scheduling shipments with couriers
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • General office administration including CRM database clean-up / check-up

Essential Skills:

  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to take on new tasks with enthusiasm

Person type:

  • Someone who likes to be busy! The team are the centre of our administration world having lots of involvement with various areas of the business and regular contact with our head office.

Hours & Salary:

  • 35 hrs per week- Mon-Thur 9-5.15 Fri 9-4
  • Xmas shut down (3 days) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
