We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded top 100 firm in Birmingham City Centre. This practice enjoys a client base expected of a Chambers and Legal 500 ranked firm, and thus the successful candidate can expect to take on a varied and busy caseload.
A perfect role for a highly motivated, organised, and hard-working legal professional to join a respected, busy and experienced team, and provide a quality legal service, assisting clients in an array of conveyancing matters.
The role will typically consist of:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Lease extensions
- Transfers
- Unregistered land
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience handling residential conveyancing transactional work. Experience of business development and the ability to forge relationships with new & existing clients will also be essential.
Salary: £50000 - £65000 depending on experience
