Accountant - Kingston upon Thames
- Full time permanent role with hybrid working

A large organisation based in South West London is looking for an experienced Accountant to join their finance team. Duties will include:
- Producing management and financial accounts in line with GAAP and SORP legislation
- Preparing year end schedules for audits. Liaising with external auditors and stakeholders
- Ensuring accruals and prepayments are posted
- Making sure funds are in correct accounts
- VAT returns and balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensuring financial risk areas are identified
To be considered suitable you will need to have previous experience in either the 'not for profit', housing or accountancy practice sectors. In addition you will need the following experience:
- Previous experience in delivering management accounting
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Strong ability to analyse and report on data
- Ability to prepare detailed costing information
