Job Description:
My client is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Associate with 0 to 3 years of post-qualification experience to join the firm. In this role, you will work closely with senior lawyers on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, representing clients in disputes across different industry sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable hands-on experience and advance their career in commercial litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and assist in case preparation
- Work collaboratively with senior lawyers to develop case strategy and provide legal advice
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
- Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters under supervision
- Build relationships with clients and provide timely updates on case developments
- Stay informed of legal developments and trends in commercial litigation practice
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 0 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation
- Strong academic background and admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
- Demonstrated interest in commercial litigation and a desire to develop expertise in this area
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
