We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade to join our housing repair team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of carpentry and joinery tasks, along with other maintenance duties, to ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of carpentry and joinery work, including repairs, installations, and maintenance in residential properties
- Carry out basic plumbing, tiling, and decorating tasks as required
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with tenants and provide excellent customer service
- Manage time effectively and work to project deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trade or in a similar role within housing repair and maintenance
- Proficiency in various carpentry and joinery techniques
- Basic plumbing, tiling, and decorating skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Full clean driving license
