Aspire People are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors to provide support within Key Stages 1 and 2, based in Lutterworth and surrounding areas.

We are currently seeking unqualified teachers to join our pool of supply staff in Lutterworth and surrounding areas. As a Cover Supervisor you will be covering classes and teaching identified groups as directed but the class teacher. As well as supporting students to engage with the work provided, including providing support where necessary.
This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified and experienced Teaching assistant or QTS / Degree qualification in Education
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting in all year groups
- Confidence in teaching and managing a class in the absence of the class teacher.
- Patience and resilience with the ability to maintain a positive outlook with problem solving skills to overcome barriers.
- Flexibility and availability to work on a daily supply basis
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or wiling to apply for one)
