Are you a whiz with data and an advocate for using systems to enhance performance? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Data & Information Services Manager to join a successful FE College in the Channel Islands this September.
As Data & Information Services Manager you will undertake an important role at the College, which is committed to providing exceptional education and a nurturing environment for students, across a wide range of exciting courses. Working closely with the Assistant Principal and Vice Principal Curriculum and Quality, you will ensure the data and information systems improve service experience to support quality processes and performance in accordance with requirements for the College strategic outcomes.
On a day-to-day basis you will work with the wider Education transformation team to support the integration of data associated with planning, implementing and managing enrolment, admission and exam processes at the College. You will be accountable for the data and ensuring the College follows appropriate statutory and regulatory duties. You will also work alongside the IT support team to ensure all IT functions are integrated to support teaching and learning.
You will need to be customer focused with the drive to improve customer experience, based on the capture, analysis, reporting and dissemination of key data and information. You will have significant experience and knowledge of IT and Data Management, as well as experience working in a post-16 education environment.
This Data & Information Services Manager role is permanent role starting in September.
