An exceptional and unique opportunity is available to join a leading independent property company in West London, Brentford, as a Customer Care Manager. This role involves managing new build reserved plots from reservation through to completion.

  • Location: Brentford
  • Salary: Up to £42,000
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
  • Benefits: 28 days holiday including bank holidays, strong estate agency brand with opportunities for rapid progression.
  • Requirements: At least 2 years' industry experience in a similar role, fast-track progression opportunities.

This position is ideal for an experienced property professional with at least two years of experience in Property Management, Customer Care in property, or Sales Progression. The role entails managing all reserved plots, coordinating show room viewings, ensuring compliance, handling general enquiries, managing administration, coordinating maintenance with contractors, and performing daily tasks while maintaining effective communication both internally and with external parties.

Our client is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is confident in phone communication and skilled at managing the new build customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of being highly organized and possess excellent communication skills.
