A fantastic well know estate agent are looking for a Lettings Manager to join their team in their well established office in Basildon.
Responsibilities for this Lettings Manager role will include:
- Overseeing the entire lettings process, from initial property listings to tenant move-in
- Managing a team of lettings negotiators and ensuring their performance meets company standards
- Generating new lettings business through proactive marketing and networking
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating rental terms
- Processing tenant applications and references
- Ensuring complia,nce with all relevant legislation, including tenancy agreements and deposit regulations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and industry professionals
Skills & Experience for this Lettings Manager role:
- Proven experience in lettings management, ideally within the Basildon or surrounding areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the lettings market and relevant legislation
- Proficiency in using property management software
- A valid driving license
Benefits for this Lettings Manager role include;
- Basic Salary: £29,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 3 months)
- On Target Earnings: £45,000
- Car Allowance: £2,500 OR Company Car
- Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off) – Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30, Saturday 09.00 – 17.00
