Third Party Claims Handler – ASAP start – permanent role - £23,5000pa plus commission, plus shift allowance,
We are currently recruiting for a large legal and insurance services company for the above post. This permanent role is perfect for someone looking to continue their sales or insurance career, or to enter into such a role.
This team is newly created and our client offer excellent training for this role, not to mention career opportunities within the company.
The role includes –
- Communicating with third parties and insurance representatives.
- Handling calls and logging all relevant information.
- Reading over and reviewing all information and details to make sure accuracy of claims and results.
- Make sure all compliance is checked and regulatory legislation is covered.
- Promote the company and build external and internal relationships.
- Managed your own caseloads of files.
- Adhere to company procedures and policy.
We are looking for enthusiastic, target driven individuals who thrive in a customer focused environment. No insurance experience is required, but any sales, strong customer service background is desired.
A confident telephone manner, good IT skills, and the ability to follow procedure are essential.
This role will begin with full training likely to last 4-6 weeks.
Shift pattern between the hours of 9am-8.30am which will be a total of 37 hours per week. You will work a 3 week shift rotation including 2 in 3 weekends.
