Credit Controller - maternity contract

An opportunity has arisen in Basildon for a lovely company to join them for a 4-month plus maternity contract which is office-based, managing your own ledger and having a handover with the current Credit Controller.
Your new role
The role is working as part of a small credit team, splitting the ledger, calling and emailing to collect outstanding invoices from businesses, daily bank reconciliations and allocations, managing the accounts inbox for payments, credit checking new customers via Experian and setting them up, escalating bad debt, reporting weekly and a small number of purchase invoices or process, which is shared amongst the team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced Credit Controller who is able to commit to a contract starting in September until January/February. This is office based 9-5 with one hour for lunch, onsite parking and paid holiday for the term.
