Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Role Overview: Our client is looking for a diligent and proactive Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The successful candidate will support our solicitors in managing a diverse range of litigation cases, ensuring efficient and effective case management with experience in either Residential Property or Secured Lending.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist solicitors with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurately filed
- Liaise with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case progress
- Attend court hearings and take detailed notes as required
- Assist in the preparation of trial bundles and other court documents
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a paralegal, preferably in litigation
- Experience within Residential Property or Secured Lending
- Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and practices
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
