Customer Service Advisor
Carbon60 are currently hiring for an ambitious customer service advisor to join one our industry-leading electronics manufacturing clients in Basingstoke.

This opportunity would suit anyone from a customer service background who wishes to develop their career and progress into sales or customer service management.

Salary: Up to £28k p/a dependent on experience (With salary review after completion of probation period)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 17:00 (40 hours p/w)

Role Responsibilities:

The job will be responsible for the day-to-day service management of customer enquiries, customer requirements and customer relationships. Generally, working with a core set of allocated accounts although management of other accounts may be required to cover any leave or illness. New customer accounts will be added along the way as the business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Administration
  • Able to Raise quotations.
  • Maintaining customer information and orders via a bespoke company database.
  • Suggest alternative options and innovation where possible.
  • Coordination with all parts of the business to ensure key service levels are and internal/external customer expectations are met.

Required Experience:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office is preferred but not essential.
  • Multitasking and organisational skills needed.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
