Who will you be supporting?
We support various social housing settings across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset but are particularly looking to expand our team of Support Workers specialising in social housing. We have both temporary and permanent roles.
Support workers provide vital companionship, guidance, and support to a variety of individuals, so if you're a happy, positive, and outgoing individual, this could be a great role for you.
What you'll need to succeed
- 6 months experience in social housing in the UK
- A positive mental attitude!
- Resilience, understanding and quick thinking
- excellent communication skills
