Description

  • Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of the healthcare facilities.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping team.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure that all cleaning supplies are available when needed.
  • Train new team members and provide them with ongoing support.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a high standard of patient care.
  • Regularly inspect facilities for cleanliness and overall condition.

Profile

A successful Housekeeping Manager should have:
