Our client is a large organisation with a well established reputation. They operate on a global scale, providing premium services to a diverse range of clients. The finance team is based in Maidstone, and this role will be an integral part of their Accounting & Finance function.
Description
- Providing support to the Accounting & Finance department
- Processing invoices and managing payments
- Assisting with financial reports and statements
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Managing petty cash transactions
- Reconciling bank statements
- Performing credit control duties
- Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks when required
Profile
A successful Accounts Junior should have:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- The ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
