Overall Purpose of the Role
- To create and deliver an exciting and innovative hospitality food menus
- The role holder will work alongside the Hospitality Manager and the client's event team in the planning, production and delivery of hospitality events.
- To form part of a talented and ambitious culinary team.
- To deliver great service in line within all Company policies, procedures and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute menus that reflect culinary trends and the preferences of our clients
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards
- Arrange and conduct tastings when required.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth operation
- Collaborate with the Hospitality Manager to create innovative culinary concepts and experiences
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Continuously improve culinary techniques and stay updated with industry trends and developments
- Produce allergen reports for all menus served.
