Job Description - Sales Executive - Manchester

In this Field Sales Executive graduate role in the North West, you will be working with clients both new and existing for this FMCG SME. You will be tasked with reaching out to new bakeries, coffee shops, and cafes to extend the reach of the business.

You will also be posting materials across the brand-new company website and social media pages to build up the client base of the firm. The role will also involve going out to meet new and existing clients, developing relationships and understanding their needs (getting to try some amazing coffee as well!). The ideal candidate would have experience in these areas and a passion for working in FMCG.

*Please note in this role you will be spending 60% of the time in the office and 40% out meeting clients, so you must live within a commutable distance of Manchester and Liverpool*

Key Responsibilities - Sales Executive - Manchester

In this Graduate Sales opportunity in the North West, your responsibilities will include:

  • Travelling to meet with clients to sell the company's product.
  • Use a variety of tools to bring on new business for the firm.
  • Going out to visit clients to fully understand the business and their needs and to sign up new businesses.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of potential new clients across the UK.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, posting materials to social media to develop the business.

Job Requirements - Sales Executive - Manchester

  • Previous experience in sales is ideal but not essential (ideally in FMCG).
