Buying Assistant - Fashion
An international footwear business have had exceptional growth over the last few years. They are expanding their buying team and looking for a Buying Assistant
Responsibilities
- Regularly sampling new products to enhance the current range.
- Putting together presentations of new products to the Directors
- Develop new and exciting plans for each season
- Developing commercial and high fashion footwear
- Ensure smooth running for new deliveries
- Source and develop styles from the Middle East
- Build strong relationships with suppliers
- Ensuring there is enough stock
- Checking the quality and price of all stock
- Weekly competitor analysis - ensuring they are inline with price, style and quality
- Support the Buying Director
Your Experience:
- Experience or a degree in either Buying or Merchandising
- 1 years experience within Buying - Fashion is a bonus
- Good eye for fashion trends
